The Mercator Conference Room can be found on the third floor of Mercator, inside the College Office. It is equipped with facilities for group study, small presentation, tutorials, etc. and is available for usage by students by the following rules:

1. The conference room is meant to be used as a place to arrange meetings, get togethers, study groups, tutorials, etc. However, the number of people involved should not be more than 15. Please note that you are not supposed to use the conference room for parties.

2. The conference room should be left in the same state that it was found. This would include no littering and no permanent rearrangement of the conference room. You can rearrange it to model your needs but when you leave you should rearrange the furniture to as it was before you rearranged it.

3. You are not supposed to use food material from the college office kitchen without explicit permission of the college office staff.

4. If you need the conference room at hours when the college office is closed then you would be provided the key to the conference room upon signing the contract in the college office. Please be reminded that the key has to be returned within 24 hours of after your use of the conference room. If not, a fine at 1€/day would be charged.
