Conference Room

There are a number of facilities that can be booked for use. The Mercator Conference Room is one of these. All bookings should be made through a web interface provided on teamwork link given below.

A couple of things to note

1. Conference room bookings are on a first come-first served basis, except for when the College Office or College Masters need it for a pre-planned event.

2. If you are given the transponder to the Conference room, please use it to lock up after your event and then return it to the College Office a.s.a.p. during working hours. If you do not return the transponder within one working day, you shall have to pay a fine of 1 Euro per working day.

3. The Conference room is not to be used for private parties. The College Office retains the right to use their discretion to whom the Conference room can be lent out to.

4. The person under whose name the reservation has been made will be held fully responsible for any damage of college office property or missing items after they have used the Conference room. The same person will also be held responsible for any misuse of office equipment (fax, phone and copying machine).

5. Users are responsible for leaving the Conference Room in a clean and orderly condition; no garbage on the floor, tables wiped clean and chairs put back in order.

6. Taking food from the College Office stock room or kitchen is prohibited.
