The third nation to host a CID at Mercator was Nigeria. The event took place October 16th, 2003, thus further establishing the"about 1 month" interval between CIDs and the day - Thursday - as traditional for these events. However, nothing survived the 4-year-span since the event. No pictures were found and the only witness' account from that night is of our College Office Manager Sammy, who laughingly remembers how the Nigerians staged a performance based primarily on improvisation and still managed to create great and entertaining atmosphere to the applause of the audience.
