The fourth - chronologically - CID was hosted on the "fatal" November 13th, 2003. The host nation was India and the numerous Indians who were studying in then-IUB staged another event to remember. Sadly, though, like the previous CID - Nigeria, information about it is scarce and pictures - completely missing.
