A night to remember - that's the shortest description we could give to the night of November 10th, 2005 at Mercator Common Room, where the 18th Country Information Day took place. The hosts this time were the IUB students from the Ex-Yugoslavian countries. Just as we all expected, they staged a performance of which Emir Kusturica himself could be proud: performance, impregnated with strong emotions and passion. The stage was organized as an UN council, where Kofi Annan held talks with representative of the ex-Yugoslavian republics. Soon enough the protagonists left the script, while improvisation took over, giving birth to another great CID hosted by Mercator. A photo album dedicated to this event can be found here.
