Spring Semester 2007 was already closing on to its end and still no CID had taken place, when the Tanzanians came up as the most enthusiastic and took the initiative for holding the first CID. And so it was April 27th, when the Common Room of Mercator was again full with an anticipating crowd. The performance of the Tanzanians was dominated by a lot of dancing, with some of the moves that the Tanzanians guys pulled leaving the audience staring in awe. In between the dances an informative presentation was held and - already a tradition for the CIDs - a short representation of a native wedding ceremony. The show ended with the audience joining in in another dance in the sound of Tanzanian music.
