The academic semester has barely started, when the events semester in Mercator College kicked off in style with the traditional Italian Night on February 8th, 2008. Always the first event of the Spring Semester, its purpose is to bring in a little of this salty Mediterranean air to the sacred halls of Mercator. Italian music, pizza, lasagna, Italian wine - and of course a lot of enthusiasts to get their hands all over in dough - all the necessary ingredients in our "Bella Italia" recipe.

As the earliest possible event, last night's also was the one on which the Mercator Lafayette's have been dubbed true Mercatorians (accompanied with the mandatory Blue Dot, of course :)). Welcome to Europe, guys!
