Hey, I come from Lebanon and I have been in Jacobs University and a mercatorian for three years. I am now studying for my Ph.D. in chemistry and I have to say: Labs can be fun :D. I love campus life and especially college life because of their constant dynamism and activity, you can for sure say that for the 24 hours of the day there is always something going on. Mercator has been very dear to me since I came here and I fitted in so easily and so nicely that the idea of becoming RA was a definite ‘yes’ for me. I plan along my other 2 RA mates to show how fun Mercator can be and how to enjoy college life to the max. we are a team of three PhD students and Mercator is the only college that has this advantage of the RAs being so close to students by being students themselves. I am taking part in a lot of activities on campus (you will see me around quite often) and I am a member of five clubs. From time to time I take part in organizing events as well; that is why I will try to reflect this into Mercator in the best way I can. I have to say that I am a very sociable person so don’t hesitate to talk or just chill out with me whenever you like.
